Domestic and International Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Times:
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Printing Facilities and Local Shipping
ZapNap Cases has printing facilities in Australia, the USA, the UK, Europe, and South Korea. We will ship your order from the closest location to ensure faster delivery. Additionally, there will be no customs charges for orders shipped to the USA, UK, Europe, and Australia.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Soft Silicone Cases: Shipping charges apply, and all shipments include tracking information.

Premium Range Cases and Other Accessories:
- International: These items are shipped free of charge around the world, with tracking numbers provided.
- Australia: Single premium case shipments are sent via stamp post without tracking. Orders of more than one premium product are upgraded to E Parcel at no additional charge, with tracking information provided.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
ZapNap Cases is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, there are no customs or taxes for orders shipped to the USA, UK, Europe, and Australia.
Customs Delays
ZapNap Cases is not responsible for any delays caused by the customs department in your country. For more information on customs policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please note that for single premium case orders shipped within Australia, tracking numbers are not provided unless more than one premium product is ordered.
Damages
If your case arrives damaged during transit, please contact us at support@zapnapcases.com with photos of the damaged product. We will gladly send you a new case as a replacement. Please ensure you save all packaging materials and damaged goods before contacting us to help with the claim process.
International Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout for Soft Silicone cases, but our premium range cases and other accessories are shipped free of charge, with tracking numbers provided for international shipments.
