Our 3 Month Warranty covers silicone cases against print chipping or peeling. If you notice any issues with the print within this period, we’ll replace the case at no cost.
Enjoy peace of mind with our Assurance Warranty. All premium cases and accessories come with a 6-month warranty, protecting against any manufacturing defects with a hassle-free replacement guarantee. For our silicone cases and accessories, we offer a 3-month warranty against print chipping or peeling. If any issues arise, we’ll promptly replace your product, ensuring your complete satisfaction.

Replacement shipping is free of charge, with express delivery available for an additional fee.

Please note, our warranty does not cover accidental damage, alterations, normal wear and tear, damage to devices, lost or stolen items.

Remove your device before cleaning. Use a soft, damp cloth with mild soap or detergent to gently wipe the case. Avoid harsh chemicals for the best results.

Avoid using Harsh Cleaners

Steer clear of abrasive or alcohol-based products, including acidic cleaners and hand sanitizers, as they can damage the print and fade colors of the product.

How to Prevent Normal Wear

While daily use can naturally cause some wear, you can minimize it by regularly cleaning your case and avoiding contact with harsh surfaces or sharp objects. Keep it looking fresh with quick stain removal and proper care.

I Received a Gift and I Have an Issue?

If your product was a gift, you’ll need the original order number to make a warranty claim. This helps us locate the purchase and process your request smoothly.

What’s Not Covered by Your Warranty?
  • Damages from accidents (e.g., drops), unauthorized modifications, or exposure to harsh chemicals (e.g., acetone, alcohol, vinegar, abrasive cleaners) are not covered.
  • Products not purchased directly from zapnapcases.com are excluded from warranty coverage.
  • Our warranty does not cover tech devices (e.g., phones, tablets, AirPods, headphones, smartwatches, laptops) — only ZapNap branded products are included. We do not cover repair costs for damages to electronic devices.
  • Refund requests are not eligible beyond the 6-month warranty period.
  • Shipping and express fees are non-refundable.
  • Lost or stolen items are not eligible for replacement or refund.
  • Bulk orders are not covered under this warranty.
  • Promotional items (e.g., review samples, BOGO offers, packaging extras) are excluded from warranty coverage.
Can’t Find My Original Design?

If the design you had is no longer available, we’re happy to offer a replacement with the Same design. Just email us at support@zapnapcases.com, and we’ll assist you right away.

How Soon Will I Get a Response?

Our team is available Monday to Friday, from 7 AM to 12 PM (Adelaide time, ACST). We respond to queries on a first-come, first-served basis. If you reach out over the weekend or during peak times, it may take a bit longer, but we typically reply within 24 to 48 hours.
