Kann ich meine Bestellung stornieren?
Wir verstehen das vollkommen, auch wir ändern unsere Meinung! Wir würden es zwar gerne tun, aber sobald eine Bestellung aufgegeben wurde, können wir sie derzeit nicht mehr ändern oder stornieren. Wir hoffen, dass wir in Zukunft ein Stornierungsfenster haben werden.

Will my phone’s screen be protected?
Our cases feature raised edges around the screen, acting as a barrier to prevent direct contact with surfaces. For extra protection, we always advise using a screen protector as well.
Are ZapNap Cases MagSafe compatible?
We offer a range of Premium Tough MagSafe cases for those seeking both robust protection and MagSafe compatibility. You can explore our selection of Premium Tough MagSafe and Crystal Shield MagSafe cases here.
Our 'Snap' and Premium Tough cases support MagSafe charging; however, they do not feature the magnetic alignment, so they won’t snap into place or work with other MagSafe accessories.
Can I use wireless charging with your cases?
Yes, all our cases support wireless charging!

Are the Designs on your Silicone cases printed on the sides as well?
Our Silicone cases are printed using UV technology, and the design is applied only to the front of the case. The sides remain clear, offering a sleek, minimalist look while showcasing the phone's edges.
What materials are used to make your phone cases?
Our cases are made from durable polycarbonate, and the designs are embedded using advanced 3D printing technology. This creates a high-gloss finish that is both vibrant and long-lasting.
Are the phone cases glossy or matte?
You can choose between a gloss or matte finish with our Snap and Tough cases. Our silicone cases have a crystal-clear matte finish. Keep in mind that the finish can affect color representation.
Is the design just a sticker on the case?
No way! We leave the stickers to arts and crafts. Our Snap and Tough cases are made using patented 3D printing technology, embedding your design directly into the layers of the polycarbonate case for a glossy, photographic-quality finish that won’t peel or fade. Meanwhile, our silicone cases are printed using UV printing technology, with the design only on the front of the case, while the sides remain clear.
The colors on my case don’t perfectly match my design. What can I do?
Due to the nature of our made-to-order process, there can be slight variations in color between the design on your screen and the final printed product. Since screens display colors using light (RGB), they can appear more vibrant than the actual printed product (CMYK). If the variance exceeds 8%, contact our support team at support@zapnapcases.com for assistance.
I reordered the same case, but the colors aren’t the same as before. Why?
Because each case is made to order, minor color variations can occur due to factors like printing conditions, ink batches, and production timing. We aim for a 5-8% variance, which is typical for custom products. If the difference is more significant, feel free to reach out to support@zapnapcases.com for help.
I can’t find my device in the list. Could you still have it in stock?

Is the artwork on Apple Watch bands printed on both sides?
No, the artwork is only printed on the front of the watch strap. The underside remains black, and there may be some slight areas near the buckle where the design doesn’t reach.
My watch strap feels stiff; is that normal?
Yes, this is completely normal. Similar to leather, the strap will become more flexible with regular wear. You can gently soften it with your hands before using it for the first time.

If I upgrade to express shipping, does that mean my order will be produced faster?
Upgrading to express shipping speeds up the delivery time, but it does not expedite the production process. All orders require 2-5 business days for processing before they are shipped from our facilities in Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, or Italy, regardless of the chosen shipping method.
Please note that express shipping only affects the delivery speed. Orders are printed in the order they are received, and the day your order is placed does not count toward the production time.
I made a mistake with my order! Can I still make changes?
No problem! Please email us directly at support@zapnapcases.com within 3 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes.
Can I pay in my local currency?
Yes, you can! We accept a range of local currencies, including USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, AUD, DKK, HKD, JPY, NZD, SEK, SGD and many more. Simply select your preferred currency from the dropdown menu at the bottom of our website.

Shipping
Has my order been shipped yet?
Please allow 2-5 business days for production, as we follow a made-on-demand process to reduce waste and only produce what we sell.
Shipping times are in addition to our production timeline. Once your order has shipped, please note:
- Standard Shipping (no tracking): Allow 10-12 business days for delivery.
- Priority Shipping: Your package should arrive in 2-5 business days.
For international orders outside of Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Italy, delivery may take longer. If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please email support@zapnapcases.com with your order number, and we will look into it.

We ship to most countries worldwide. For our Premium Tough Cases, Premium MagSafe Cases, Crystal Shield MagSafe Cases, and Premium Snap Cases, we have local printing and shipping facilities in Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Italy.
- Australian Production Team ships to: Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and China.
- US Production Team ships to: United States and Canada.
- UK Production Team ships to: United Kingdom, Faroe Islands, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey, Georgia, Iceland, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Portugal, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, and Botswana.

How much is shipping?
We offer FREE shipping on all orders, with the option to upgrade for faster delivery based on your location. Please note that free shipping does not include tracking for orders within Australia.
For Silicone Cases, free shipping is not included for some counties, and the shipping cost can be viewed during checkout.
Shipping times are in addition to our production time of 2-5 business days. If you prefer express shipping, the additional charges will also be displayed at checkout.
Where are your Silicone Cases shipped from?
Our Silicone Cases are shipped from The Netherlands or Latvia, depending on the phone model. All Silicone Cases include tracking for your convenience. Delivery times and shipping charges can be viewed during checkout.
In which countries do you offer free shipping for Silicone Cases?
We offer free shipping for all EU countries and the United Kingdom on our Silicone Cases. For other regions, shipping costs can be viewed during checkout.
